We’re Rik and Caren Morse and we own and operate Zia Pizzeria. We’re here each day ensuring that the food we serve is always of the highest quality. Prior to opening Zia in 2007, we worked in the finest restaurants on Cape Cod and Nantucket and around the country. Rik is a wine aficionado and has served as a sommelier. He chooses the wines and beer we offer and prepares your food. He’s also a major music fan and loves using music to add to the atmosphere at Zia. Caren’s the baker in the family. She spent weeks perfecting our homemade pizza dough recipe and she also creates the house-made desserts and freshly-baked pies we offer.
